3) Can I remove makeup with just the pad like toner cleansing?

If you find general makeup remover oil to be irritating. you can simply remove makeup with Purito Mild Pad Heavily point makeup, such as eye makeup, which is difficult to remove completely. Therefore, also use the remover for point makeup. You will need to wash your face a second time.
